| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1145804409 dated July 11, 114 from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, and the letter No. 1140194732 dated July 11, 114 from our government. |
| II. | According to the monitoring data from the Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as CDC), as of July 7, 114, there have been a cumulative total of 89 imported dengue fever cases nationwide, which is the second highest cumulative number for the same period in the past 6 years, indicating a high risk of dengue fever epidemic. |
| III. | It is currently the peak season for dengue fever, and with recent typhoons potentially bringing abundant rainfall, the number of water-holding containers in the environment may increase. The week after a natural disaster is a critical period for dengue fever prevention. Please continue to implement dengue fever prevention measures: |
| (1) | Schools are requested to proactively manage their environments, thoroughly eliminate breeding sources inside and outside households, and implement the "inspect, empty, clean, scrub" measures. Enhance inspections again after rainfall. |
| (2) | If symptoms such as fever, headache, retro-orbital pain, muscle and joint pain, and rash appear, seek medical attention promptly and inform the doctor about your recent travel history. |
| IV. | For information related to dengue fever prevention, please visit the official website of the Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare (http://www.cdc.gov.tw) for browsing or downloading, or call the toll-free epidemic prevention hotline 1922 (or 0800-001922) for inquiries. |
