For your information, the second phase of the Taoyuan City Government's 2025 Digital Learning Promotion Activity - "Digital Reading, Roam Freely, Walk Together on the Path of Learning!" promotional material and poster are attached. All faculty members are welcome to participate in online learning.

Details:
1. The Taoyuan City Government has historically provided various employee training programs through diverse methods such as in-person, digital, or remote learning, depending on course needs. To assist in promoting the business policies of various agencies and foster a diverse digital learning atmosphere, 12 courses, including "Embrace Technology, Move Towards Sustainability," have been selected on the "e-Government Park+ Learning Platform" for staff to choose from.

2. To increase the selection rate of the aforementioned courses, the above promotional activity is being organized, with details as follows:
(1) Activity Introduction: During the activity period, completing any one of the aforementioned courses on the "e-Government Park+ Learning Platform" will earn one lucky draw opportunity. A total of 120 winners will be selected, each receiving a 500 NTD FamilyMart gift certificate (one per person). Furthermore, those who complete all courses and obtain certification will be entered into an additional draw for 20 winners, each receiving a stress-relief nap pillow.
(2) Participants: Personnel from the Taoyuan City Government and its affiliated agencies and schools (including contract employees and appointed personnel).
(3) Activity Period: July 28, 2025 (Monday) to December 1, 2025 (Monday).
(4) Lucky Draw Method: A public lucky draw will be held on December 8, 2025 (Monday). The list of winners will be announced on the website of the Taoyuan City Government's Department of Personnel on December 15, 2025 (Monday). Winners must claim their prizes by December 31, 2025 (Wednesday).
(5) Notes: For any of the 12 courses, if it was completed and certified before the start of the 2025 activity, it will be considered as completed within the activity period.
