To inform you about the results of the 10th Taoyuan City Civil Service and Teaching Staff Table Tennis Championship and the awards for outstanding participating teams and personnel.

Explanation:
1. The aforementioned competition was successfully concluded on July 12, 2025 (Saturday) at the Activity Center of Xinming Elementary School in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City. A total of 100 teams participated, with approximately 1,200 individuals. As in previous years, this year's event was divided into 8 groups: Civil Service Men's A, B, and C groups, Civil Service Women's A, B, and C groups, and Teaching Staff Men's and Women's groups. A copy of the competition results for each group is attached.

2. According to the implementation plan of the 10th Taoyuan City Civil Service and Teaching Staff Table Tennis Championship, the principles for awarding outstanding participating teams are as follows:
(1) For the 1st place team in each Civil Service group, the captain and each team member shall be awarded a commendation once. Additionally, the team's leader, coach, manager, and personnel who actually participated in team training and management shall be selected, with 2 individuals each receiving a commendation once.
(2) For the 1st place team in the Teaching Staff group, the captain and each team member shall be awarded a commendation once. For the 2nd and 3rd place teams, the captain and team members shall be awarded a certificate of commendation. Additionally, among the leaders, coaches, managers, and personnel who actually participated in team training and management, 2 individuals shall be selected to receive awards or certificates of commendation according to the aforementioned ranking awards.

3. Furthermore, according to Article 4 of the "Regulations for Handling Disciplinary Cases of Civil Servants in Taoyuan City Government and its Affiliated Agencies and Schools," routine commendation and disciplinary cases are authorized to be approved and issued by subordinate agencies. Among these, commendation cases of merit or below for second-level agencies may be authorized by their supervising first-level agencies to handle independently. Awards for personnel of the municipal government headquarters, heads of first-level agencies, and district chiefs shall be reported to the municipal government for approval. In addition, according to Article 4 of the "Regulations for Commendation and Discipline of Teaching and Administrative Staff in Taoyuan City Public Schools and Kindergartens," commendation cases of merit twice or below for school staff are authorized to be handled by the schools themselves. Award cases for principals shall be reported to the Bureau of Education for approval.

4. Regarding the awards for outstanding participating teams and personnel in this year's competition, for Civil Service personnel of the Taoyuan City Government, please have the responsible authorities handle the commendations according to the aforementioned award standards and regulations (recommended). For school teaching and administrative staff, please have the district offices that organized the teams compile a list of personnel to be awarded and submit it to their respective service schools or the Bureau of Education for processing commendations or issuing certificates of commendation.
