| 1. | This is in accordance with the Bureau's letter dated May 13, 114, No. 1140043380, and the letter from Taoyuan Municipal Huilong Junior High School (hereinafter referred to as Huilong Junior High School) dated July 14, 114, No. 1140005940. |
| 2. | The aforementioned plan is summarized as follows (details in the implementation plan): |

| 1. | Documentary Group: |
| (1) | Using the theme of the "Xin San Mei Movement" - greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds - select at least one item as the main content of the film, and conduct candid filming and interview recordings of the participants during the activity. |
| (2) | The film should be presented through a mixed editing of photos and videos. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | Using the theme of the "Xin San Mei Movement" - greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds - select at least one item as the main content of the film, and conduct original video filming. |
| (2) | The film content can be presented in various forms such as short plays, advertisements, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (2) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | The video length (including intro and outro) should be between 2 minutes 30 seconds and 3 minutes 30 seconds. The video format should be a file format supported for uploading to YouTube (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 2. | Each submitted work can have a maximum of 3 main authors. You need to fill out the "Xin San Mei Exemplary Selection Activity Registration Form", "Copyright Free Authorization Consent Form", and "Submission Authorization Agreement". |
| (3) | Submission Method: |
| 1. | Online Submission: Please visit the web link https://forms.gle/3LXhRLoYFdLJZxTt5 to fill out the submission form and upload relevant files. |
| 2. | Mail: (As per Attachment 1, 2, and 3 of the Implementation Plan) Please mail (deliver) the video CD to the Academic Affairs Office of Huilong Junior High School (Address: No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City 333), Phone: (02) 8209–6088 ext. 310, 317. |

| (5) | Awards and Recognition: |
| 1. | For authors who are faculty and staff of senior high schools and below under Taoyuan City, or personnel of the Department of Education and its subordinate agencies, 0.1 points for research and publications will be awarded according to the "Review Standards for Research and Publication Points for Educational Personnel in Senior High Schools and Below in Taoyuan City" (if a winning work is a collaborative effort by multiple authors, the points will be divided equally among the authors). |
| 2. | Awards for "Special Excellence" and "Excellence" works are as follows: |
| (1) | For authors who are faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one commendation will be awarded according to the "Performance Review Regulations for Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below", the "Performance Review Regulations for Teachers of Public Senior High Schools and Below", and the "Regulations on Awards and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Schools and Kindergartens in Taoyuan City", etc. |
| (2) | For authors who are students or not faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the Bureau. |
| (3) | The Bureau will award a gift certificate of NT$5,000 for each "Special Excellence" work and NT$3,000 for each "Excellence" work. |
| 3. | For "Honorable Mention" works, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the Bureau to each author. |
