For your information, the Ministry of Education has commissioned the University of Taipei to organize the "114th Elementary and Secondary School Principals' Open Class and Professional Feedback Workshop" and the "114th New Generation Principals' Innovative Leadership Academic Conference."

Details:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letters dated August 28, 114 (Tai-Shih-Tzu No. 1140090074) and August 20, 114 (Tai-Shih-Tzu No. 1140087174).

2. To promote innovation in curriculum and teaching and the professional development of elementary and secondary school principals, the Ministry of Education has commissioned the University of Taipei to organize the aforementioned workshop and conference. The event details, including time, location, and descriptions, are as follows. Please refer to the implementation plans (Attachments 1 and 2) for more information:
(1) "114th Elementary and Secondary School Principals' Open Class and Professional Feedback Workshop"
1. This workshop features open classes by three elementary and secondary school principals, each with expertise in curriculum and teaching and recipients of the Teaching Excellence Award and the Shiduo Award. Professional feedback will be provided, and through lesson preparation, observation, discussion, and reflection, principals and teachers will be assisted in their professional growth.
2. The times and locations for the workshops in each region are as follows (please refer to Attachment 1 - Implementation Plan for details):
(1) Southern Region: Wednesday, October 1, 114, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The practical school and location will be Tainan Municipal Nanxin Junior High School.
(2) Central Region: Thursday, October 2, 114, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The practical school and location will be Changhua County Yongxing Elementary School.
(3) Northern Region: Friday, October 3, 114, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The practical school and location will be New Taipei Municipal Banqiao Senior High School.
3. The registration limit for each in-person session in the above regions is 20 people. Additionally, a Webex online conference room will be simultaneously available for participants from other counties and cities to join online, with no limit on the number of participants or regions.
(2) "114th New Generation Principals' Innovative Leadership Academic Conference"
1. This conference will feature keynote speeches by three domestic scholars who will discuss topics such as digital learning leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, and culturally responsive leadership from diverse perspectives, including care and innovation. Additionally, 63 teams from principals' curriculum and teaching leadership communities, 10 teams from principals' curriculum enlightenment communities, and 9 teams sharing principals' leadership research results will present their work through sharing, dialogue, reflection, and learning.
2. The time and location for the aforementioned conference are as follows (please refer to Attachment 2 - Implementation Plan for details):
(1) Time: Thursday, October 16, 114, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
(2) Location: Conference Room 3, 2nd Floor, Gongcheng Building, University of Taipei (Boai Campus).
