For many years, Kaiping Culinary School has been dedicated to promoting professional culinary education, inspiring students interested in the culinary arts, and nurturing the roots of culinary culture.

Since 1999, the "Chef's Cup Culinary Competition," jointly organized by the teachers and students of Kaiping Culinary School, has become an annual grand event for culinary exchange among junior high schools.

This year's theme is "Eat Seasonally, Eat Locally," aiming to respond to the modern society's pursuit of sustainable development and healthy living. We hope that through this event, children will begin to explore various aspects from ingredient selection to cooking concepts, unleash their creativity to practice what they have learned, express themselves through their dishes, and create infinite possibilities for the future.
II. Competition Categories for this Year
(I) "Taiwanese Rice" Creative Cuisine
(II) "Beauty of Taiwan" Cake Decoration
III. Registration Period: From now until Sunday, November 30, 2025.

IV. Competition Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025.
V. Competition Venue: Kaiping Culinary School (No. 24, Lane 148, Section 2, Fuxing South Road, Daan District, Taipei City 106).
