Description:
I. In accordance with the "Taoyuan City 114th Academic Year Junior High School Bilingual Teacher Professional Development Training Program"

(I) Target Audience: 45 current teachers from public junior high schools in the city with expertise in subject areas, a willingness to conduct bilingual instruction, and a desire to enhance their English professional knowledge. III. The list of selected participants for the first phase of this program will be sent by the ETRC to the schools of the selected teachers on September 30, 114 (Tuesday), and will be published on the center's website (URL:

IV. For participants in this program, substitute teachers may be hired to cover their classes during the training period, and they may receive hourly wages for substitute teaching. The funds will be disbursed from the "Local Education Development Fund's 114th Academic Year School Budget - Personnel Costs - Employment and Part-time Personnel Salaries - Part-time Personnel Remuneration" account. If there is any shortfall, the bureau will provide subsidies accordingly. If the training takes place on a weekend or holiday, participants may be granted compensatory leave within 2 years from the date of duty (teaching responsibilities are self-managed), with no overtime pay.
