| II. | The submission period and target audience for the aforementioned competition are as follows. Please assist in disseminating the competition and selection information to all relevant participants: |
| (1) | Submission Deadline: From now until Wednesday, November 5, 114 (2025). |
| (2) | Competition Categories: Please upload your submitted works or videos to the cloud drive on the registration system. |

| 2. | "18th Chinese Arts Star Power" (Preliminary video submission for singing and dancing categories) |
| 3. | "Youth E-sports Mobile Game Master" (On-site) |
| 4. | "Youth Mission" Creative Original Character Design Competition (Artwork) |
| (3) | Registration Method: All entries for the Chinese Arts Cup must be registered online. Telephone registration will not be accepted.
