| Description: |
| I. | Our organization was founded in 1984 and is an observer to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). We focus on school and environmental education, having provided services to over a thousand schools across Taiwan. We believe that the "In My Homeland" international painting competition, which originates from Central Europe, involves over thirty countries, and has been held for more than twenty years, is an excellent opportunity to deeply integrate art education with environmental issues, allowing the world to see Taiwan and the talents of our students. It is an event worth participating in. |
| II. | We sincerely invite young students aged 6 to 18 to paint "My Homeland" on A3 or B4 (eight-opening) drawing paper. The creative style and media are not restricted. Please mail your submissions by October 10, 2025 (postmark as proof of mailing). The mailing address is our Taipei office (6F-1, No. 88, Section 2, Xinyi Road, Da'an District, Taipei City 10641). |
| III. | Participants will receive an electronic certificate of participation. You will also have the chance to win awards (each grade level has opportunities to win, with an estimated award rate of over 10% of submissions). The list of winners is expected to be announced in April 2026, and an exhibition of the winning works is planned for May 2026 at the Yilan People's Story House (former Yilan County Council) or another suitable venue. Please stay tuned. |
| IV. | We sincerely invite all teachers who love their homes, hometowns, and care about the environment to guide their students. Alternatively, students can take the initiative to create. The content can be about the journey to school, school life, family environment, or memorable spots in their city, town, or community. Any beauty or sorrow that belongs to Taiwan can be a source of inspiration. We especially welcome creations from indigenous and new immigrant students to make Taiwan's "My Homeland" stories richer, more diverse, and complete. |
| V. | There is no limit to the number of winning works. We invite guiding teachers to sign their names on the submission form to share this honor together. If there are any winners, our organization will also notify the education bureaus (departments) of each county and city to highlight the brilliant achievements of your school's administration. |
| VI. | For detailed competition information, registration methods, rules, and international award-winning artworks from recent years, please refer to the event website: http://www.eqpf.org/inmyhomeland. The event registration form and EDM are attached. We kindly encourage students to participate enthusiastically, and we would be most grateful. |
