Registration Information for the "Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test"

| I. | In accordance with the official letter from National Taichung University of Science and Technology dated September 8, 114 (Republic of China calendar), No. 1140017739. |
| II. | The aforementioned test is recognized by the Ministry of Education of Vietnam and serves as the Vietnamese language proficiency certificate for the Ministry of Education's scholarship examination for studying abroad. The test levels follow the CEFR grading standard, and proficiency is determined by scores as A1 (Beginner), A2 (Elementary), B1 (Intermediate), B2 (Upper Intermediate), C1 (Advanced), and C2 (Proficient). |
| III. | The test date is set for November 22, 114 (Saturday), and the examination venue will be at National Taichung University of Science and Technology. Registration will be open from September 1 to October 17 of the same year. |
| IV. | The examination includes four sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
