| 1. | Email the registration form to fudaoshi@khes.tyc.edu.tw (Subject: 114 Performing Arts Competition [School Name] Registration Form). Print and stamp the paper copy of the registration form, then send it via registered mail within the deadline to the Guidance Office of Guanghua Elementary School (Address: No. 12, Haka Wan, 4th Neighborhood, Hualing Village, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City 336, Contact Number: 03-3912325 ext. 310) for the attention of Director Quan Xiang-wa. |
| 2. | For Reader's Theater self-prepared scripts, please send the electronic file along with your email registration to fudaoshi@khes.tyc.edu.tw. The filename should be formatted as (School Name + Competition Category + Participant Name). |
