| I. | This bureau's official document dated April 10, 114, Tao Jiao Ti Zi No. 1140031671, is understood. |
| II. | The relevant information for this event is as follows: |
| (1) | Participants: |
| 1. | Schools in this city that are implementing the "Campus Disaster Prevention Basic Construction Plan" in the 114th year (list attached as Appendix 1) are required to participate and submit their entries. |
| 2. | Teachers and disaster prevention education counseling group members from junior high schools, high schools, and elementary schools in this city are encouraged to participate. |
| (2) | Competition Rules: The number of participants per teaching plan is limited to 4 (must be from the same school). The theme and content of the work must comply with disaster prevention education-related topics, and it should be applicable to the 12-year basic education (choose any subject) in principle. The teaching time must be designed for at least four class periods. |
| (3) | Submission Deadline: From now until 4:00 PM on October 31, 114 (Friday), please send the entries directly to Director Chen Guanlun, General Affairs Office, Yongfu Elementary School, Daxi District, Taoyuan City (for registered mail, the postmark date will prevail). |
| (4) | Awards: |
| 1. | Special Award (2 entries): Awarded 1 commendation, 0.1 publication credit, and NT$6,500 in manuscript fees per entry. |
| 2. | Excellent Award (3 entries): Awarded 1 certificate of merit, 0.1 publication credit, and NT$6,000 in manuscript fees per entry. |
| 3. | Honorable Mention (5 entries): Awarded 1 certificate of merit, 0.1 publication credit, and NT$5,500 in manuscript fees per entry. |
| 4. | For award-winning works co-authored by two or more individuals, the manuscript fees and publication credits will be divided equally among the authors. The issuance will be handled in accordance with the "Review Guidelines for Publication Credits for Educational Personnel in Taoyuan City's Senior High Schools and Below." |
| 5. | Manuscript fees will be calculated based on the actual word count of the teaching plan. The amounts listed above are the maximum manuscript fees for each award category and will be handled in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Payment of Attendance and Manuscript Fees by Central Government Agencies and Schools." |
