| I. | Basis: Implemented according to the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration's 114th academic year pilot program for completely免試 (admission without examination) in senior high schools, with resource support. |
| II. | By integrating food and agriculture education courses, we aim to enhance teaching knowledge and revitalize teaching methods. This will deepen teachers' understanding and application of "sustainable management of local ingredients," thereby improving food and agriculture education and the application of home economics practical courses. |
| III. | Workshop Information: |
| (1) | Workshop Date: October 18, 114 (Saturday). |
| (2) | Workshop Activity: New Taiwanese Cuisine Cooking Demonstration Workshop. |
| (3) | Workshop Location: Century Green Energy Industrial and Commercial College, Department of Culinary Arts and Management, and Green Bud Organic Farm. |
| (4) | Instructor: Chef Yangguang Zong (2025 Michelin One-Star Chef - a Maze). |
| (5) | Target Audience: Teachers and staff from junior high schools in Taoyuan City and neighboring junior high schools (Workshop capacity is 32 people. If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, priority will be given to the first 2 applicants from each school). |
