I. Purpose: 1. To promote traditional Chinese culture and national quintessence. 2. To advocate artistic and cultural activities, build a scholarly society, and foster a positive social atmosphere. 3. To promote healthy recreational activities for young people.

II. Organizer: Rotary Club of Taoyuan South.

III. Guiding Unit: Taoyuan City Government.

IV. Co-organizer: Taoyuan Municipal Dayou Junior High School.

V. Competition Method: Font is not restricted. The writing content will be distributed to participants during the competition.

VI. Competition Groups: (1) Elementary School Middle Grades Group (2) Elementary School Upper Grades Group (3) Junior High School Group (4) Senior High School/Vocational Group (5) Social Group (All the above are limited to students and residents of this city.)

VII. Participants: Recommended to participate from all elementary schools, junior high schools, and senior high/vocational schools in Taoyuan City (including the first three years of vocational college students). Each group is limited to ten participants. The social group is open for free participation.

VIII. Competition Time: November 2, 2025 (Sunday). Junior High School Group, Elementary School Group - 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Senior High School Group, Social Group - 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. ※ To avoid disturbing staff setting up the examination room, participants will be allowed to enter from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. ** In case of typhoons or epidemics, the competition date will be postponed. The time will be announced on the Rotary Club of Taoyuan South website.

IX. Competition Venue: Taoyuan Municipal Dayou Junior High School (No. 215, Dayou Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City).

X. Registration Procedure: From now until October 24th, please fill out the registration form as a unit of school or calligraphy class and send it directly to the 2nd floor, No. 72-1, Zhensi Street, Taoyuan District, for the Rotary Club of Taoyuan South (postmark as proof).
