| II. | To implement the rights of children and adolescents to express their opinions and participate in public policy, we invite children and adolescents aged 11 (inclusive) to 18 (exclusive) who are registered residents of Taoyuan City or actually reside in Taoyuan City or attend schools in Taoyuan City. They are invited to propose reviews and improvements by filming videos on topics such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child policies, the operation of laws and regulations, or the functioning of various administrative affairs, and to encourage public attention to this issue. |
| III. | The submission schedule is as follows: |
| (1) | Registration period: From now until October 25, 114. |
| (2) | Preliminary review period: October 26 to October 31, 114. |
| (3) | Popular vote period: November 1 to November 14, 114. |
| (4) | Award ceremony: November 16, 114. |
