Subject: Amendments to certain provisions of the "Key Points for Encouraging Public Participation in Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Subsidies" of this Bureau, effective retroactively from January 1, 114, for your reference.
Details:
1. To encourage the public to actively participate in Hakka language proficiency certification, this Bureau has amended certain provisions of the "Key Points for Encouraging Public Participation in Hakka Language Proficiency Certification Subsidies." A reward of NT$500 will be added for those who pass the Basic Level certification, effective retroactively from January 1, 114.
2. Applicants applying in accordance with the above-mentioned Key Points should proceed as follows:
(1) Application Period: From now until November 15, 114. Applications should be submitted to the district office of your household registration. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(2) Eligibility: Residents of this City (excluding students from junior high school and below). Any individual who has obtained certification for passing the Basic Level Hakka language proficiency test in the year 114 is eligible to apply.
(3) Review Process: This Bureau will review the photocopy of the Hakka language proficiency certification test pass certificate (which must be signed by the applicant), the cross-bank remittance authorization form, and the receipt and affidavit submitted by the applicant.
3. All district offices in this City are requested to consolidate and submit one copy of the list of claims and one copy of the district office's self-collected revenue receipt to this Bureau for processing by December 15, 114. After review and confirmation, this Bureau will disburse the funds to the district offices, which will then transfer them to the respective applicants.
