| I. | In accordance with the letter from the National Taiwan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as NTNU) dated October 20, 114 (NTNU Math Letter No. 1141029368). |
| II. | Workshop Objectives: To lay the foundation for students' interest and prior experience in learning mathematics through engaging math activities for students who are not adequately prepared. |
| III. | Organizer: Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. |
| IV. | Target Audience: Formal, substitute, and temporary teachers in elementary and junior high schools. |
| V. | Number of Participants: Divided into three groups: lower elementary, upper elementary, and junior high. Each group will have one class, with a principle of 36 participants per class, subject to adjustment based on registration. |
| VI. | Workshop Time and Location: November 22, 114 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM at Lequn Elementary School, Kaohsiung City (No. 61, Yule Road, Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City). |
| VII. | Registration Method: Please complete the registration form by 12:00 PM on November 12, 114 (Wednesday) at the following website (https://forms.gle/kqHvuNuw5waKh56UA). Late registrations will not be accepted. |
| VIII. | Fees: This event is free of charge and includes lunch. However, insurance, accommodation, and transportation costs are to be borne by the participants. |
| IX. | Certificate and Proof of Participation: |
| (I) | Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and complete all course content to obtain certification will be awarded the "Mathematics Activity Facilitator" certificate for their respective group in this session. |
| (II) | To ensure training quality, participants who do not attend 2/3 of the module course hours in this session may continue to audit the workshop courses but will not be issued a certificate. |
| (III) | Only those who obtain the "Mathematics Activity Facilitator" qualification in this session are eligible to apply for "Mathematics Literacy Teaching Practice." |
