Announcement Compilation
To inform you that the effective date of the Regulations Governing Leave for Civil Servants, amended and promulgated on September 18, 114 (2025), has been jointly announced by the Examination Yuan and the Executive Yuan on October 9, 114 (2025). Article 3, concerning mental and physical adjustment leave, will take effect on October 10, 114 (2025), while the remaining provisions will take effect on January 1, 115 (2026).

轉知有關114年9月18日修正發布之公務人員請假規則施行日期，業經考試院、行政院於114年10月9日會同發布，第3條身心調適假部分自114年10月10日施行，其餘自115年1月1日施行。
