| I. | In accordance with the Bureau's letters of May 13, 114 (Tao Jiao Xiao Zi No. 1140043380) and July 22, 114 (Tao Jiao Xiao Zi No. 11400676311) (attached), and the letter from Taoyuan Municipal Huilong Junior High School (hereinafter referred to as Huilong Junior High School) dated July 14, 114 (Hui Zhong Xiao Xue Zi No. 1140005940). |
| II. | The aforementioned plan is summarized as follows (details in the implementation plan): |
| (1) | Selection Content: |
| 1. | Documentary Group: |
| (1) | With the theme of "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement" - greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds, select at least one item as the main content of the film, and conduct behind-the-scenes filming and interviews with the members during the activities. |
| (2) | The film will be presented in a mixed format of photos and videos. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | With the theme of "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement" - greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds, select at least one item as the main content of the film, and conduct original video shooting. |
| (2) | The film content can be presented in various forms such as short dramas, advertisements, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (2) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | The length of the film (including opening and closing credits) shall be between 2 minutes and 30 seconds and 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The film format shall be a file format that can be uploaded to YouTube (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 2. | Each entry can have a maximum of 3 main authors. The "Application Form for Selection of Exemplars of Three Beauties of the Heart Movement," "Copyright Free Authorization Consent Form," and "Entry Authorization Commitment Letter" must be filled out. |
| (3) | Submission Method: |
| 1. | Online Submission: Please visit the web link https://forms.gle/3LXhRLoYFdLJZxTt5 to fill out the submission form and upload the relevant files. |
| 2. | Mailing: (As per Attachment 1, 2, and 3 of the Implementation Plan) Mail (or deliver) the video CD along with the "Application Form for Selection of Exemplars of Three Beauties of the Heart Movement," "Copyright Free Authorization Consent Form," and "Entry Authorization Commitment Letter" to the Academic Affairs Office of Huilong Junior High School (Address: No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City, 333), Tel: (02) 8209–6088 ext. 310, 317. |
| (4) | Submission Deadline: From now until January 23, 115 (Friday) (postmark date as the criterion). |
| (5) | Awards and Recognition: |
| 1. | For authors who are faculty and staff of senior high schools and below in Taoyuan City, or personnel of the Department of Education and its subordinate agencies, 0.1 points will be awarded for research and publications in accordance with the "Review Guidelines for Research and Publication Points for Educational Personnel in Senior High Schools and Below in Taoyuan City" (if the awarded work is a collaborative effort by multiple authors, the points will be divided equally among the authors). |
| 2. | Awards for "Special Excellence" and "Excellence" entries are as follows: |
| (1) | For authors who are faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one commendation will be awarded in accordance with the "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Teachers of Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Guidelines for Rewards and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Public Junior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens in Taoyuan City." |
| (2) | For authors who are students or not faculty and staff of public junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the Bureau. |
| (3) | The Bureau will issue gift certificates of NT$5,000 for each "Special Excellence" entry and NT$3,000 for each "Excellence" entry. |
| 3. | For "Honorable Mention" entries, one certificate of commendation will be issued by the Bureau to each author. |
