| 1. | Current teachers from general schools in the city are welcome to participate. |
| 2. | Teachers from indigenous focus schools in the city. |
| 3. | Full-time indigenous language teachers and indigenous language teaching support staff in the city. |
| 4. | Individuals who have passed the indigenous language certification and are interested in becoming full-time indigenous language teachers or indigenous language teaching support staff in the city. |
