Please encourage your staff to register for the certification and to avoid scheduling related activities during the certification dates in 115 to protect the rights of candidates. | 1. | In accordance with the Hakka Affairs Council's letter dated November 18, 114, Ref. No. 11467009891. |
| 2. | In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 2 of the Hakka Basic Law, which states: "Public and civil servants serving in key Hakka cultural development areas shall pass the Hakka language certification in proportion to the Hakka population in the area where their service agency is located." To encourage the public to learn Hakka and promote a Hakka-friendly public service environment, thereby facilitating the return of Hakka to the public sphere, please arrange your agency's activities in 115 to avoid the certification dates as much as possible, and inform and encourage your subordinate agencies (organizations), schools, units, colleagues, and the public to actively register for the Hakka language proficiency certification at all levels. Please also post and assist in publicizing related information. |
| 3. | To meet the demand for Hakka teachers, the Hakka Affairs Council will hold one session each of the "Intermediate and Advanced Hakka Language Proficiency Certification" on March 14, 115 (Saturday) and October 3, 115 (Saturday). Please encourage teachers in your affiliated schools to participate. |
| 4. | The aforementioned schedule has been posted on the homepage of the Hakka Affairs Council website / Announcement Information / Latest News. To encourage Hakka learning and the continued offering of related courses, please inform your subordinate agencies (organizations) that they may submit proposals to apply for Hakka courses in accordance with the Hakka Affairs Council's "Key Points for Subsidizing the Vitality of Hakka Communities."
