| 2. | The Military Law Journal is publicly soliciting academic papers. School faculty and staff are welcome to submit their work, with generous honoraria. |
| 3. | This call for papers covers four major themes: armed conflict, gray zone, national security, and military legal systems. It is hoped that through this solicitation, we can gather collective wisdom, deepen research on military legal systems, strengthen the foundation of national defense law, and jointly respond to emerging security challenges. |
