I. In accordance with the 2026-2028 Health 99 - National Civil Servant Health Checkup Program by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital has been selected as a contracted medical institution for the program. We have specially planned the Health 99 - National Civil Servant Health Checkup Program with options for NT$4,500, NT$7,000, NT$16,000, and NT$32,000 (Attachment 1, Attachment 2, Attachment 3, and Attachment 4) for your reference and selection. Individuals or groups can make appointments for checkups through these programs. Please find the attached health checkup appointment form (Attachment 5) or call us directly for dedicated service.

II. Spouses, contracted personnel, and laborers of the unit can also participate in this preferential program.
