| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Girl Scout Association, Wen No. 114032, dated December 1, 2025. |
| II. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (I) | Activity Time: January 3 to January 4, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday). |
| (II) | Activity Location: Shimen Campground. |
| (III) | Registration Period: From now until December 15, 2025 (Monday). |
| (IV) | Participants who complete the entire program will be granted 16 hours of training credit. |
| III. | During the activity period, staff and participants are granted official leave (business trip) under the principle of self-managed classes and no payment for substitute teaching hours. If the activity falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years. |
