| Subject: | Regarding the "115 (2026) Overseas Youth English Service Camp School Application Briefing Session" commissioned by the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration to the Miaoli County Government, please have your school actively register and grant official (business) leave to attendees as per your responsibilities. | 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") dated December 1, 114 (2025), Ref: 臺教國署國字第1145506242號. |
| 2. | To assist schools in understanding the spirit and content of the aforementioned subject, grasping the overall planning, and completing the application plan, the Administration has commissioned the Miaoli County Government to organize the school application briefing session for the said subject, in order to realize the significance and educational value of the project. |
| 3. | The information for the aforementioned briefing session is as follows: |
| (1) | Format: Online (Online meeting link: https://meet.google.com/tti-szed-qbu). |
| (2) | Date and Time: December 17, 114 (2025) (Wednesday), starting at 2:00 PM. |
| (3) | Participants: |
| 1. | Principals, directors, section chiefs, and teachers of public elementary and junior high schools intending to apply for the aforementioned project. |
| 2. | Representatives from our county's English Education Resource Center and Bilingual Promotion Office. It is recommended that at least one representative attend. |
| (4) | Registration Information: Online registration is available from now until December 16, 114 (2025) (Tuesday) at 12:00 PM. Please complete your registration by filling in the relevant contact information on the Google Forms system (https://forms.gle/rCvcbo4MyhL1S8gb8). |
