Explanation:
I. This is handled in accordance with the letter from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration) dated December 12, 114, No. 1140024927 (including a copy of the original letter and its attachments).

II. To provide civil servants and the general public with information on affiliated merchants, the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration has commissioned the Joint Credit Card Processing Center Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Credit Card Center) to build the National Travel Card website (https://travel.nccc.com.tw). Neither the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration nor the Tourism Administration has commissioned any private organization other than the Joint Credit Card Center to build other websites, mobile apps, or QR codes. Civil servants who wish to inquire about affiliated merchants of the National Travel Card and other related information should refer to the information published on the aforementioned "National Travel Card Website".
