The "Declaration of Not Having Mainland China Household Registration, Passport, ID Card, Settlement Certificate, or Residence Permit" (hereinafter referred to as the "Declaration for Establishing Household Registration in Mainland China") built by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan's "Civil Servant Personal Data Service Network" (hereinafter referred to as MyData) has been adjusted and completed in conjunction with the Mainland Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as MAC) and will be launched on January 1, 115 (2026).

Explanation:
I. In accordance with the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan's (hereinafter referred to as DGPA) letter No. 1143029738 dated December 24, 114 (2025), and attaching the original letter and its attachments, each in one copy.
II. DGPA previously built the aforementioned declaration on MyData with reference to MAC's letter No. 1140400262 dated March 25, 114 (2025), and it was launched on April 30, 114 (2025), as communicated by this office's letter No. 1140002645 dated May 1, 114 (2025). Subsequently, MAC amended the format and content of the Declaration for Establishing Household Registration in Mainland China with its letter No. 1140401158 dated October 2, 114 (2025). Therefore, adjustments have been made accordingly. Colleagues are welcome to make full use of it.
