| I. | This is in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter No. 1140136290 dated December 24, 114. |
| II. | The Wen Shih-Ren Cultural and Educational Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) has been organizing essay competitions for primary and secondary school students since 94 to encourage them to strengthen their language education, enhance their reading interest and writing skills, and cultivate their character and service qualities. This competition is a public welfare cultural and educational activity, and we encourage your students to participate enthusiastically. |
| III. | In order to promote reading and encourage students to develop basic writing literacy, please organize preliminary rounds in conjunction with your school's language and reading-related activities, select outstanding works to participate in the finals, and continue to promote reading and writing activities. |
