IVY CUP Ivy League International Voice Competition

| I. | In accordance with the letter from National Taiwan Normal University, No. 1141037319, dated December 29, 114. |
| II. | In line with the Executive Yuan's 2030 Bilingual Policy, the Ministry of Education is promoting the new curriculum guidelines for twelve-year basic education, as well as the plan for quality bilingual and international education. This initiative aims to enhance students' and teachers' English speaking proficiency, share experiences from international competitions, and improve their academic and professional English language skills for international performances and competitions. |
| III. | The Ivy International Voice Competition (also known as International Sound of Voice) is one of the activities organized by the Ivy League International Committee (Ivy Events) in the United States. Launched in 2021, it is a global singing event designed to create a high-level international stage for young people. This event will be promoted in Taiwan starting in 2026, allowing more young students to showcase their vocal talents. |
| IV. | The Department of Industrial Education at National Taiwan Normal University, through the GLAD (Global Learning and Assessment Development) Center in the United States, collaborates with the Ivy League International Committee to introduce activities such as the International Voice Competition Ivy Event. They are also inviting the New Taipei City Government's Department of Education and education bureaus from various counties and cities to participate in promoting this initiative. By fostering learning through competition and promoting international exchange, this event aligns with the new curriculum's requirements for foreign language proficiency, multicultural literacy, and enriching students' learning portfolios, thereby cultivating students' interest in learning English and arts. |
| V. | Competition Process: The competition is divided into three stages: Global Preliminary Audition, Regional Semi-Audition, and Asia-Pacific Final Audition LIVE. The deadlines for registration and submission of works for the 2026 Global Preliminary Audition are Friday, January 9, 2026, for the [Winter Competition] and Friday, April 17, 2026, for the [Spring Competition]. |
| VI. | To assist interested teachers and students from various schools in understanding how to participate and the details of the event, a workshop on guiding students in the International Voice competition and enhancing their skills (online seminar) will be held. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis: |
