| Subject: | Regarding the "114 National Primary and Junior High School In-service Teacher Hakka Language Teaching Enhancement Program (4th Batch)" commissioned by the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research (NAER) and undertaken by National Central University. Please nominate teachers interested in teaching Hakka language to participate. Please acknowledge receipt. |

| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research (NAER) dated December 17, 114, Ref: 臺教國署國字第1145506374號. |
| 2. | To assist in-service teachers who have passed the Hakka language proficiency test at the intermediate-high level or above, to enhance their foundational knowledge and professional skills in Hakka language, and to strengthen their Hakka language teaching literacy and core competencies, thereby optimizing the effectiveness of Hakka language teaching and ensuring the quality of student learning, National Central University has been commissioned to undertake the aforementioned program. |
| 3. | The program is divided into two types of courses. The eligibility for teachers participating in each type of course is as follows: |
| (1) | Preparation Refresher Course: Teachers who have previously participated and completed any batch of the "National Junior High School In-service Teacher Hakka Language Teaching Enhancement Program" between 112 and 115 academic years. Recommended by this Bureau. |
| (2) | Teaching Enhancement (including study groups) Course: Teachers who are scheduled to teach Hakka language courses in the 115 academic year. Recommended by this Bureau or self-nominated. |
| 4. | Registration Method: |
| (1) | Nomination Registration: |
| 1. | Each school may nominate a maximum of 3 teachers. Please consolidate the list of nominated teachers and send it to the email address of the person in charge at this Bureau (yu11229@ms.tyc.edu.tw) by January 16, 115 (Friday) (no formal document required). |
| 2. | In accordance with Article 11 of the National Education Act, the aforementioned nominated teachers shall be included from the junior high and elementary school departments attached to national schools within the jurisdiction. The number of teachers from national schools will be calculated as an additional quota and will not be included in the nomination limit. |
| 3. | Please remind nominated teachers to complete their online registration on the National In-service Teacher Training Information Network within the deadline. |
| (2) | Self-Nomination: If there are remaining spots in the "Teaching Enhancement (including study groups) Course," teachers may register online through the National In-service Teacher Training Network by February 23, 115. Any remaining spots after the nomination process is completed will be open for self-nomination without further announcement. |
