Description:
I. In accordance with the letter from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as DGPA) dated December 22, 114, No. Zongchu Peizi No. 1140025582, the original letter and its attachments are hereby attached in duplicate.

II. The DGPA previously notified the MAC on October 9, 114, that starting from January 1, 115, regularized and institutionalized audits for military, civil, and public school personnel regarding five situations, including not having household registration in mainland China, would be officially implemented. The aforementioned scope table was attached (forwarded by Taoyuan City Government letter No. Furenli Zi No. 1140293426 dated October 23, 114). In response to the amendment and promulgation of Article 15 of the Enforcement Rules of the Public Officials Election and Recall Act, the text of Note 2 in the aforementioned scope table has been deleted. Henceforth, the registration application investigation forms for "candidates for public office" and "candidates for national at-large and overseas Chinese representation in political party registration" in our country shall include the commitment regarding not having household registration in mainland China (including obtaining a PRC ID card and settlement certificate) and obtaining a PRC passport, and shall be published in the election bulletin.
