The Scout Association of the Republic of China is organizing a delegation to participate in the "16th Korea National Scout Jamboree".

| I. | In accordance with the letter of the Boy Scouts of China, dated January 5, 115, No. 1140000336. |
| II. | The association will form a delegation to participate in the 16th Korea National Jamboree from August 5 to 9, 2026, in Gangwon Province, South Korea. This is a national Scout event held every four years. |
| III. | Participation in this event is by individual registration. Registrants must have completed the three registrations for 114 and 115. Registration categories include Troop Leader or IST. Basic Korean or English conversational and communication skills are recommended. Upon acceptance, participants must pay all registration fees, association administrative fees, and public expenses on time, and cooperate with training, flag bestowal, and completion of relevant Safe from Harm courses or training. |

| V. | Participants in this event shall be granted official leave by the school based on its authority. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave may be granted within 2 years upon verification. |
