Ministry of Culture "Transmitting Cultural Vouchers for 13-22 Year Olds in 2026 Promotional Materials

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's letter No. Wen Chuang Zi 11430361211 dated January 7, 114. |
| II. | To encourage youth participation and experience in arts and culture, and to promote the development of the arts and cultural industry, the Ministry of Culture has been issuing cultural vouchers since 112 for use as discounts on cultural consumption. |
| III. | The method for claiming cultural vouchers is as follows: |
| (I) Eligibility: Individuals born between January 1, 93, and December 31, 102, who are citizens of the Republic of China or eligible foreign nationals, can receive 1200 points in cultural vouchers. |
| (II) Claiming Method: Download the "Cultural Coin" APP on your mobile phone. After registering with your phone number, password, and email, click on "Cultural Vouchers." Enter your name, ID number, National Health Insurance card number, date of birth, residential address, and household registration address. For individuals aged 16-22, additionally enter "Type of Issuance/Replacement" and "Issuance Date." After verification, you can claim and use the vouchers. |
| (III) Validity and Usage Period: From January 1, 115, to December 31, 115, for consumption discounts at over 10,000 arts and cultural consumption points nationwide. |
| (IV) APP Experience Upgrade: During your exploration of arts and culture, you can not only receive additional cultural coins but also have a chance to win co-branded IP merchandise (rules for lucky draws/giveaways of co-branded IP merchandise will be announced on the official Cultural Coin website). |
| (V) Various Discounts: |
| 1. Independent Bookstore Point Multiplier: Look for independent bookstores with the "Independent Bookstore Point Multiplier Project Applicable" identification mark. For every 2 points spent, 1 point will be rewarded, with a maximum reward of 50% of the annual cultural voucher amount, up to a maximum of 600 points. |
| 2. Performing Arts Half-Price Youth Seats: At affordable prices for youth, "Youth Seats" with designated excellent viewing areas, and "Half-Price Free Seats" where you can choose your own seat are offered. |
| 3. Group Viewing of Taiwanese Films and Youth Morning Shows: For group viewing of Taiwanese films, if one person uses cultural vouchers to purchase tickets for NT$350 or more in a single transaction, they will receive an additional 100-point reward, with no limit on the number of rewards. From January 1, 115, to March 31, 115, a limited-time "Youth Morning Show" offers 1 point back for every 2 points spent. A consumption of NT$350 will receive a 200-point reward. |
| 4. Instant Lucky Draw for Single Purchases of NT$200 or More: For every single purchase of NT$200 or more, you can immediately enter a lucky draw with unlimited entries. The draw results will be displayed instantly in the system and can be used immediately. |
| 5. Invite Friends for Rewards: Youth who have already received their cultural adult gift can receive 30 points by inviting 2 friends to successfully claim theirs. For each subsequent friend invited, they will receive 10 points, with no limit on rewards. |
| IV. | Attached are promotional graphics and a simplified guide, each in one set, and posters in three sets. Promotional videos and related electronic files can be downloaded from the cloud link: https://reurl.cc/3bYGRR. Please encourage eligible students to participate. |
| V. | The Ministry of Culture will subsequently mail paper posters to major universities, senior high schools, and junior high schools. Please assist in posting them for promotion at that time. |
