| Instructions: |
| I. | In accordance with the NAER's letter dated December 31, 2025, Ref. No. 1145506395. |
| II. | To assist the NAER in promoting the "Bilingual Campus Life Program for Public Elementary and Junior High Schools (Models 2 and 4)" and the bilingual curriculum programs self-organized by counties and cities for the 2025 academic year, and to enhance the bilingual teaching capabilities of formal teachers in elementary and junior high schools, the NAER has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as NTNU) to organize the aforementioned program. This program aims to select teachers for short-term overseas study during the summer to equip them with effective teaching strategies for imparting subject knowledge while simultaneously fostering language learning, thereby implementing government policies. |
| III. | Key information from the program brochure is as follows: |
| (I) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | Formal teachers from schools approved by the NAER for the "Bilingual Campus Life Program for Public Elementary and Junior High Schools (Models 2 and 4)" in the 2025 academic year. |
| 2. | Formal teachers from schools with approved bilingual curriculum programs by counties and cities in the 2025 academic year. |
| (II) | Number of teachers to be selected: In 2026, it is planned to select 270 subject teachers who meet the above criteria for short-term overseas study during the summer. |
| (III) | Program details: |
| 1. | Study period: Each session is 3 weeks long. The first session is scheduled from July 6 to July 24, 2026 (2 classes). The second session is scheduled from July 13 to July 31, 2026 (3 classes). The third session is scheduled from July 20 to August 7, 2026 (5 classes). The fourth session is scheduled from July 27 to August 14, 2026 (1 class). A total of 11 classes across 4 sessions. |
| 2. | Overseas universities: A total of 6 universities in 3 countries (including 4 subject areas, totaling 11 classes, with approximately 25 students per class): |
| (1) | Arts (4 classes): At Queensland University of Technology and the University of Adelaide in Australia. |
| (2) | Health and Physical Education (3 classes): At Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand and Integrity Education International Inc. in the United States. |
| (3) | Integrated Activities (3 classes): At Griffith University and RMIT University in Australia. |
| (4) | STEM (1 class): At RMIT University in Australia. |
