| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 11505 from Taoyuan City Scout Association dated January 21, 115. |
| II. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (I) | Activity Time: April 3 to 6, 115 (Friday to Monday). |
| (II) | Staff meeting and camp construction: 2:00 PM on April 2, 115 (Thursday). |
| (III) | Activity Location: Shimen Camp. |
| (IV) | Participants who attend the entire event will be granted 20 hours of training credit. |
| III. | Staff and participants are to be granted official (business) leave for the duration of the event, under the principle of self-managed teaching duties and no payment for substitute teachers. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within two years. |
