| I. | This is in accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1150014253A dated February 9, 115. |
| II. | To enable new immigrants and their children to leverage their linguistic and multicultural advantages, and to enhance the understanding of the public towards the cultures of new immigrants' home countries, the Ministry of Education has been organizing the aforementioned dance competition since 105. The aim is to promote multicultural integration and exchange through this dance competition, and to establish it as a new artistic platform. |
| III. | The details of the aforementioned competition are as follows: |
| (I) | Registration Period: From February 23, 115 (Monday) to March 31, 115 (Tuesday). |
| (II) | Eligibility: |
| 1. | New immigrants holding an R.O.C. national identification card or a legal residence permit. |
| 2. | At least one-third of the members in a registered team must be new immigrants. If a team consists of only one person, that person must be a new immigrant. If a team has two people, at least one must be a new immigrant. |
| 3. | Registration Methods: Mail, E-mail, or online registration. |

| (III) | Competition Dates: |
| 1. | Northern Preliminary Round: April 26, 115 (Sunday) at the Concert Hall of Taoyuan City Government Zhongli Arts Center. |
| 2. | Southern Preliminary Round: May 24, 115 (Sunday) at the Performance Hall of Kaohsiung City Government Gangshan Cultural Center. |
| 3. | Central Preliminary Round: June 7, 115 (Sunday) at the Performance Hall of Nantou County Government Cultural Affairs Bureau. |
| 4. | All-Region Final: June 14, 115 (Sunday) at the Performance Hall of Taichung City Government Huludun Cultural Center. |
