Regarding the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Department")'s recruitment of seconded teachers for the 115th academic year to handle international education exchange and special education-related affairs in elementary and secondary schools, please be informed.

| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Education's National Academy for Educational Research (NAER) dated February 12, 115, Ref. No. 1155700454. |
| II. | To carry out the aforementioned tasks, NAER plans to borrow teachers from public senior high schools and below to support NAER in the 115 academic year. The job content and qualifications are as follows: |
| (I) | Teacher Qualifications: |
| 1. | Full-time teachers with established positions in public senior high schools and below (excluding schools in remote, outlying island, indigenous areas, and schools with a total of 12 classes or fewer). |
| 2. | Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience, and possess relevant educational administration knowledge, professional expertise, and practical experience. |
| 3. | Must be proficient in operating computer software for document processing. |
| (II) | Borrowing Period: From August 1, 115, to July 31, 116. |
| (III) | Service Location: National Academy for Educational Research (No. 738-4, Zhongzheng Rd., Wufeng Dist., Taichung City). |
| (IV) | Business to be Handled: International education exchange and special education related matters for senior high schools and below. |
| (V) | Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the "Principles for Borrowing Teachers from Public Senior High Schools and Kindergartens by the Ministry of Education and its Affiliated Agencies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrowing Principles") and relevant regulations. |
| III. | Interested teachers are requested to send their resume in electronic format via email to e-1451@mail.k12ea.gov.tw by March 25, 115 (Wednesday), with the subject line "Application for Borrowed Teacher Position in Indigenous Special Education Division." NAER will individually notify candidates for interviews. |
