| Subject: | In response to the spring plowing for the first rice crop requiring water supply from Shihmen Reservoir for agricultural irrigation, all units are requested to strengthen water conservation efforts. Please be informed. |

| 1. | In accordance with the City's Drought Disaster Response Plan. |
| 2. | Affected by climate change and low rainfall during the dry season, reservoir water levels are showing a downward trend. To prudently respond to changes in water conditions and ensure overall water supply stability, water conservation measures urgently need to be continuously promoted. |
| 3. | All units are requested to implement the following water conservation measures: |
| (1) | Strengthen the promotion of water conservation concepts and cultivate habits of turning off taps and using water sparingly. |
| (2) | Comprehensively inspect water usage equipment in office buildings and affiliated facilities, prevent leaks, and repair them promptly. |
| (3) | Reduce non-essential water usage, such as landscape irrigation and cleaning operations. |
| (4) | Evaluate the adoption of water-saving equipment or water resource recycling and reuse measures. |
| 4. | All units are requested to implement these measures diligently and strengthen internal management to collectively cherish water resources, thereby maintaining water supply stability and sustainable utilization. |
