Forwarding the application for the 2026 awards organized by Sister Cities International (SCI), students are encouraged to participate enthusiastically.

| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Secretariat of this Government, No. 1150001303, dated February 25, 115. |
| II. | This city became a formal member of the Sister Cities International in March 26, 109. This organization is the largest and oldest citizen diplomacy organization in the world, established with the aim of promoting world peace through economic cooperation projects, scholarships, and exchanges in arts, culture, youth, and sports to strengthen relationships among its members. This is for your information. |
| III. | The implementation of the annual award program mentioned above is as follows: |
| (I) | Purpose: This award program aims to recognize outstanding activities organized by SCI members in 2025. |
| (II) | Application Deadline: May 1, 115. |
