| 1. | This is in accordance with the "114 Academic Year Health Promotion School Project - Oral Health Issue Center School - Teacher Empowerment Seminar Implementation Plan" of our city. |
| 2. | The seminar information is as follows: |
| (1) | Time: April 8, 115 (Wednesday), 1:10 PM to 5:10 PM. |
| (2) | Location: Second Floor Audiovisual Classroom, Gaorong Elementary School (No. 1, Section 1, Gaoshang Road, Yangmei District). |
| (3) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Personnel responsible for the Health Promotion School Project in elementary and junior high schools in our city. |
| 2. | Schools that are collaborating or potential schools for the oral health issue are required to send representatives. |
| 3. | Teachers interested in the Health Promotion School Project issues, the Health and Physical Education domain, or oral health. |
| (4) | Participants should register on the "Education Development Resources Portal" (https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx) by April 7, 114 (Tuesday). Activity Code: E00069-260300001. Organizer: Gaorong Elementary School. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 60 participants. |
| 3. | Participants attending this event will be granted official leave (including business travel leave) by their respective units according to their responsibilities. |
| 4. | Parking space at the school is limited. Please carpool if possible. If parking spaces are full, please park your vehicle on the white lines around the school (see attachment for details). |
