To inform the National Academy for Educational Research about borrowing teachers to carry out the curriculum research and development related to the twelve-year basic education, please be informed.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the National Academy for Educational Research, No. 1151100353, dated March 12, 2026. |
| II. | To recruit teachers with practical experience to leverage their expertise in curriculum development and empirical data collection within schools; and to assist with cross-disciplinary and cross-stage linkage and collaboration matters, we need to borrow 1 junior high school teacher and 1 elementary school teacher, for a total of 2 individuals. In addition to completing the aforementioned tasks, it is hoped that these teachers will assist with related supporting measures for curriculum promotion upon their return to their original schools. |
| III. | We hereby request your school to review the National Academy for Educational Research's requirements for borrowed teachers. Please recommend qualified teacher candidates and complete the "National Academy for Educational Research Borrowed Teacher Recommendation Form" (as attached) by April 24, 2026 (Friday), and submit it to the National Academy for Educational Research. Subsequent review and selection will be conducted based on the aforementioned principles. |
