The Bade District Office of Taoyuan City, in preparation for the "2026 Local Public Officials Election," kindly requests your esteemed organization/school to recommend, inform, and encourage your staff and their friends and relatives to serve as poll workers for this district.

| I. | In accordance with the Central Election Commission's letter No. 11431507592 dated November 5, 114. |
| II. | The aforementioned election is scheduled to be held on November 28, 115 (Saturday). |
| III. | According to Articles 58 and 59 of the Public Officials Election and Recall Act, the chief administrator and at least one-third of the administrators at polling stations must be current civil servants (broadly defined), and the chief supervisor must be a current or former civil servant. We kindly request your agency to encourage its civil servant staff to volunteer as poll workers for this district. |
| IV. | Poll workers participating in the aforementioned election will be granted one day of compensatory leave. The remuneration for poll workers is as follows: Chief Administrator NT$3,700, Chief Supervisor NT$3,050, Administrator NT$2,400, and Reserve Staff NT$2,000. The recruitment of poll workers for this election does not include supervisors. |
| V. | Those who wish to serve as poll workers for this township office should complete the "Poll Worker Registration Data Card" (including complete personal basic information, household registration and neighborhood data, and full name of their agency, and obtain signatures from the personnel unit and head of the agency) and return it to this township office by fax (03-3682100) or email (10032820@mail.tycg.gov.tw) before April 10, 115 (Friday). |
