| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 115024 from the Taoyuan City Scout Association dated March 17, 115. |
| II. | The details of the event are as follows: |
| (I) | Event Time: June 6 to June 7, 115 (Saturday and Sunday). |
| (II) | Event Location: Guguan Area. |
| (III) | Registration Period: From now until April 10, 115 (Friday). |
| (IV) | Participants who complete the entire event will be granted 12 hours of training credit. |
| III. | Staff and participants are requested to register for official (business) leave, under the principle of self-managed teaching duties and no payment for substitute teachers. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years. |
