To inform Taipei City regarding the announcement of teacher transfer, tenure, and related individual transfer regulations on the "115th Public Elementary and Junior High School and Kindergarten Teacher Inter-City Service Application Website," please be advised.

| I. | This is in accordance with the letter of the Taipei City Government Education Bureau, No. Bei Jiao Ren Zi Di 1153042988, dated March 24, 115. |
| II. | The regulations for Taipei City teachers' transfer, tenure, and related individual transfer provisions are as follows: |
| (I) | Full-time counselors appointed in the 101st and 102nd academic years may be transferred to part-time counselor positions starting from the 105th academic year, provided they meet the qualifications for part-time counselors, are approved by the school's teacher evaluation committee, and pass the qualification examination administered by the Bureau. For full-time (or part-time) counselors appointed from the 103rd academic year onwards, after completing three years in their appointed position at the school, they may be transferred to part-time (or full-time) counselor positions if they meet the qualifications for part-time (or full-time) counselors and are approved by the school's teacher evaluation committee. |
| (II) | The city's itinerant teachers will conclude their service at the end of the 114th academic year. |
| (III) | There are a total of 11 experimental education schools in the city: Fanghe Experimental Junior High School, Minzu Experimental Junior High School, Binjiang Experimental Junior High School, Xihu Experimental Junior High School, Heping Experimental Elementary School, Bojia Experimental Elementary School, Xishan Experimental Elementary School, Hudian Experimental Elementary School, Quanyuan Experimental Elementary School, Zhinan Experimental Elementary School, and Zhongyi Experimental Elementary School. Teachers who wish to select experimental schools should first understand their experimental education philosophy and the uniqueness of their curriculum planning. Teachers transferred to the aforementioned schools should cooperate with the school's relevant teacher training, curriculum planning, teaching, and daily routines. | (IV) | The city's Dali Senior High School will be reorganized and affiliated with "Taipei Municipal University Affiliated Dali Senior High School" on August 1, 115. Teachers transferred to this school should cooperate with the school's relevant teacher training, curriculum planning, teaching, and daily routines. |
| III. | Please inform the teachers applying for the aforementioned transfer and tenure operations of the above-mentioned regulations for Taipei City teachers' transfer, tenure, and related individual transfer provisions for their reference. |
