| 1. | In accordance with the letter No. Tao Wei Jian Zi No. 1150025158 dated March 24, 115 from the Health Bureau of this Government. |
| 2. | Fluoride application is a globally recognized safe and effective measure for caries prevention by the World Health Organization (WHO). According to international research, the caries prevention rate of using fluoridated salt is approximately 50%. To promote oral health for the public, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has produced promotional materials on "Application and Promotion of Oral Fluoride" (including manuals, posters, leaflets, and videos in Chinese, English, Indonesian, and Vietnamese) and made them available on its official website (Ministry of Health and Welfare / Department of Oral Health / Medical Care / Various Promotions, URL: https://dep.mohw.gov.tw/DOOH/cp-6545-73455-124.html) to enhance awareness and use of fluoride for caries prevention. |
| 3. | Please use various channels to apply the aforementioned promotional materials and strengthen the promotion of oral health policies that use fluoridated salt for caries prevention. |
