| 1. | In accordance with the Municipal Health Bureau's letter No. 1150027764 dated March 30, 115. |
| 2. | To improve the health and body weight knowledge of children and adolescents aged 7 to 17 in the city, the bureau has planned online activities such as "Theme Game Lucky Draw," "Mission Challenge Lucky Draw," "School Incentive Mechanism," and "Teacher Incentive Mechanism." It is hoped that by learning correct eating habits and exercise routines, and integrating health knowledge into family life to promote healthy body weight, the aforementioned event is specially organized. |

| (2) | Event time: April 1, 115 to June 30, 115. |
| (3) | Target audience: Junior high school, senior high school, vocational high school, and 1st to 3rd year vocational college students (including graduating students) in the city. |
| (4) | Event theme and lucky draw method: Participate in "Theme Game Lucky Draw" or "Mission Challenge Lucky Draw" and complete any one theme activity to get one lucky draw opportunity. |
| (5) | Incentive mechanism: |
| 1. | "Student Individual Award": Grand prize NT$5,000 gift certificate (1 winner), Second prize NT$3,000 gift certificate (15 winners), Third prize NT$1,000 gift certificate (25 winners), water bottles (250 winners), exquisite canvas bag and cutlery set (250 winners). |
| 2. | "School Promotion Award": The school with the highest participation rate in each administrative district will receive a NT$4,000 reward gift certificate, for a total of 13 schools. |
| 3. | "Teacher Promotion Award": For school staff who have assisted 30 or more students in completing the event, and who meet the eligibility criteria and pass the review, 20 winners will be selected to receive NT$500 gift certificates (or equivalent prizes). |
| (6) | Event regulations: |
| 1. | Winner announcement: Within 20 days (excluding holidays) after the event ends, the system will randomly generate a list of winners from the eligible participants. The list will be announced on the event website and the bureau's Facebook fan page on August 10th, without further notification or obtaining participants' consent. |
