I. The aforementioned platform will be launched on March 1, 113, providing students with a resource for after-school hours when they encounter issues requiring counseling and consultation, such as interpersonal relationships, academics, and career planning. Through real-time text-based online conversations or email correspondence with counselors, students can receive information and support for various adaptation challenges, extending the school's counseling functions and comprehensively promoting and maintaining students' physical and mental health.

II. To expand service content and provide comprehensive support, the aforementioned platform has added a free consultation service for the primary caregivers and guardians of every student in the city's high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools, offering 6 sessions per year. This aims to strengthen parental education functions, provide consultation services related to family upbringing, and promote the repair and growth of parent-child relationships. The service content summary and reservation method are as follows:

 (I)    Service Content Summary:

1.    Target Audience: Parents (whose children attend public/private secondary and primary schools in the city) who require family education services.

2.    Service Method: One-on-one consultations, either in-person or online.

3.    Service Hours: Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Sundays and consecutive holidays are not available.

 (II)    Reservation Method:

 1.    Fill out the reservation form and upload relevant documents for identity verification.

 2.    Add the Line@ account and confirm the consultation time and location with the counseling center.

 3.    After reservation is complete, for in-person consultations, please arrive 10 minutes early at the consultation location; for online consultations, a private message with the online video link will be sent via Line the day before the consultation.
