| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Examination, dated April 7, 115, reference number 1150001190. |
| II. | To train examination proctors for national examinations from the subordinate agencies and schools of this government, the details of this training session are as follows: |
| (I) | Eligibility: Individuals who meet the requirements of Article 3 of the "National Examination Proctor Selection and Appointment Guidelines" by the Ministry of Examination. This includes currently employed civil servants at the appointed and equivalent levels or qualified teachers at the elementary school level or above, aged between 20 and 65, in good health to perform proctoring duties, and who are willing to participate in national examination proctoring in the future. Priority will be given to those with proctoring experience who have not yet obtained a national examination proctor identification card. |
| (II) | Training Time: |
| 1. | First Session: May 6, 115 (Wednesday), 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| 2. | Second Session: May 6, 115 (Wednesday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. |
| (III) | Training Location: 13th Floor, Public Service Human Resources Training Center, this government. |
| (IV) | Lecturer: Commissioner Zhuo Liming from the Ministry of Examination. |
| (V) | Number of Participants: 130 per session (first-come, first-served; no on-site registration). |
| (VI) | Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on April 20, 115 (Monday). |
| (VII) | Notes: The training session will last for 180 minutes. The course content is detailed in the training program schedule. |
| III. | Please have your agencies and schools recommend participants. Before the registration deadline, please proceed to the "eCPA Human Resources Service Network" - "D6: Lifelong Learning Portal" on the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration website and search for "115 Training Session for Proctor Personnel of Subordinate Agencies and Schools of this Government" to register online. |
| IV. | The list of participants for this training session will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of this government on April 28, 115. Agencies and schools should download this list and inform the participants to attend on time. This government will not issue separate notifications. Additionally, agencies and schools should grant participants official leave (or business leave) for the training. |
| V. | This training session will include a post-training assessment consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions, with each question worth 4 points. There is no penalty for incorrect answers. A score of 60 is considered passing. Individuals who pass will obtain a national examination proctor identification card. This does not automatically qualify them as proctors for the 115 Taoyuan examination district. This government will send separate letters to agencies and schools to recommend proctor personnel before each examination. |
