Details:

I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter dated March 24, 115, Ref. No. 1150024555.
II. The aforementioned program is funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Fulbright Taiwan. It aims to select outstanding elementary and secondary education personnel from various countries to participate in a one-semester (approximately 5 months) professional development and academic exchange program in the United States. Through coursework, teaching observations, and cross-national educational collaboration, the program seeks to enhance the professional knowledge and international perspective of Taiwanese educators.
III. Key highlights of the program are as follows:
(I) Implementation Period: August to December 116, conducted at the education colleges of designated universities in the United States.
(II) Exchange Content: Participants will not only enroll in relevant professional courses but also complete an "Educator Project." Through research, curriculum design, or educational innovation practices, they will present their project outcomes at the end of the program.
(III) Eligibility: Current full-time public and private elementary and secondary education personnel (including teachers, counselors, curriculum specialists, instructional administrators, special education teachers, etc.) with at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience. This includes full-time substitute teachers. English proficiency test scores are not required.
(IV) Award Benefits: Includes round-trip airfare, tuition, accommodation, living allowance, and insurance (actual benefits are subject to final approval by the U.S. organizing body).
