| I. | According to the Central Election Commission's letter No. Zhongxuanwu Zi No. 1153150033 dated February 26, 115, and the Taoyuan City Election Commission's letter No. Taoxuan Yi Zi No. 1150000200 dated March 3, 115, the 115 local public office elections are scheduled to be held on November 28, 115 (Saturday). |
| II. | The smooth and successful completion of election work in previous years has been due to the full commitment and assistance of various agencies and schools. Therefore, we kindly request to once again leverage the extensive knowledge and experience of public and civil servants, as well as their impartial and just stance, to assist in this election. |
| III. | For each polling station, the chief administrator must be a current public or civil servant. The chief supervisor can be a current public or civil servant or a retired person. For this local public office election, there will be 8 management staff members, of whom at least 3 must be current public or civil servants, and all must be at least 18 years old. |
| IV. | Registration Method: |
| (I) | Individual Registration: Please fill out the attached "115 Mayor, City Councilor, and Village Chief Election Polling Station Staff Individual Registration Form". Name the file and email subject as "Individual Registration Form + Name", and send the Excel file via email to Mr. Lu at 10080032@mail.tycg.gov.tw (03-3348058 ext. 1105). After approval by the department head and chief, please retain the stamped registration form for your records. |
| (II) | Group Registration: Please fill out the attached "115 Mayor, City Councilor, and Village Chief Election Polling Station Staff Group Registration Form". Name the file and email subject as "Unit Name + Chief Administrator's Name", and send the Excel file via email to Ms. Lin at 10053210@mail.tycg.gov.tw (03-3348058 ext. 1139). After approval by the department head and chief, please retain the stamped registration form for your records. |
| (III) | Regarding group registration (block polling stations) for schools in this district, registration matters will be announced separately after the polling stations for the 115 local public office elections are confirmed. |
| V. | Regarding the commendation and compensatory leave for staff, according to the Central Election Commission's letter, staff participating in election work will be granted one day of compensatory leave. Work allowances are based on the "Central Election Commission's Election Work Fee Payment Schedule": Chief Administrator NT$3,700, Chief Supervisor NT$3,050, Administrator NT$2,400, Supervisor NT$2,200, and Reserve Staff NT$2,000 (all amounts in New Taiwan Dollars). |
